VisCircle GmbH is a Germany-based company specializing in the development of 3D real-time applications. The company operates with a lean structure, working with:
- internal employees
- contracted freelancers
- an affiliated subsidiary company
We do not operate manufacturing facilities or physical production supply chains.
2. Our Commitment
We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. We are committed to ensuring that:
- all work is performed voluntarily

- no form of forced or child labor is used

Our workforce consists of employees and independently contracted freelancers. All freelancers and partners are engaged under contractual agreements, including confidentiality and compliance obligations. We ensure that:

- professional freelancers and service partners
Due to the nature of our business, we do not maintain complex physical supply chains. We expect our partners to comply with applicable laws and ethical standards and select providers based on professional and reputational criteria.

Given the nature of our operations (digital services, no manufacturing, no physical supply chains), we assess the risk of modern slavery within our direct operations as low.
